ALTHEA FINCH

Althea Finch is an experienced holistic therapist and the creator of The PainFree Method™, a transformational approach that helps people overcome chronic pain and long-term conditions naturally. With over 35 years of experience in the healing field, Althea developed her method through both her professional work and her own life journey.

Having experienced childhood abuse and years of holding in memories and emotions, Althea came to understand how suppressed feelings can become stored within the body and express themselves as physical pain or illness. Through her own healing process and decades of working hands-on with clients, she discovered that the body holds the story of what we hold inside, often expressing as physical symptoms.

Althea teaches that healing happens when we are ready to face and connect with what the body is expressing. The PainFree Method™ shows people how to reconnect with their symptoms so the body can release what it has been holding and return to its natural state of healing and balance.

BY: COACH CHARLENE RATTIGAN

As an author, I write to illuminate quiet truths and help others hear their own. As a coach, I support women held back by fear to reclaim strength and confidence.

When I first began to write, I wrote for myself, because I didn't want to expose my writing to the outside world. Not because I was selfish, but because I believed the lie that nobody wanted to read them.

My words have taken me on a journey; one that I am still walking. I have learned that even when my steps have been tentative, I just need to put one foot in front of the other. It is in this place that I learn what I didn't know yesterday and I am given the opportunity to grow.

I give thanks to God for entrusting me with a pen which I believe has the purpose to inspire and encourage others as well as myself.

We are all on a journey. Whilst my journey will not be the same as yours, there are parts of the journey that we can journey together.

Keep striving to be the best you.

ASARI ST. HILL

I spent over 10 years reviewing the performance of £300m organisations, helping to make them more effective and efficient. It involved working with senior managers, board members and customers to revise strategies to help improve service delivery.

This included over 6 years as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of an East London Health Trust, where I chaired committees on improving governance and human resources. As an accomplished public speaker, I continue to speak at conferences, events and my own business growth seminars and events.

After about 40 years helping individuals and organisations to develop; I wish to help 1000s more - both in the UK and across the world. Through my company Just Leverage, I can 'leverage' my Corporate, Public Sector contacts and experience in Local Government and Housing Associations; plus 11 years inspecting public sector organisations like Councils, the NHS and Fire Authorities - to achieve greater business outcomes through the prism of diversity.
